Dr. Almaz Sandy received his PhD from the School of Management, Kyrenia American University, Cyprus. He also holds an MBA degree from HES Business School, France and M.A. in International Relations from the Aegean University of Turkey. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor of the School of Business Administration, Al Akhawayn University.
His research is situated in the field of Supply Chain and Operations Management, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation, with a special focus on international technology transfer, academic entrepreneurship, and collaborative R&D in high technology industries, including applications of computer business simulation and computer science to the service of the broad areas of education and learning. He is an internationally certified management consultant (CMC), committee member of ACBSP accreditation, and member of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI). Dr. Almaz has previously worked for Fortune 500 companies in the areas of corporate business, strategic planning, and supply chain management.
