Multinationals and local Moroccan companies experience a different hiring process at AUI.
We use a unique matchmaking process to bridge the gap between talent-seeking companies and Gen-Z students.
First, we consult with companies to identify their hard-skill, soft-skill, and cultural needs.
Second, we screen our eligible students to “match” the unique needs and culture of every company.
Third, we accompany both the new graduate and matched company to ensure the Future Talents arrive, stay, and perform.
