Application and Admissions Requirements

The Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Management (MSSEM) is designed for an academically prepared graduate.

Individuals with a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent from engineering, physics, chemistry, computer science or mathematics will have the opportunity to join this innovative program and become experts in sustainable energy management.

Those without the required qualifications for admission into MSSEM may need to complete specific undergraduate pre-requisite courses before being admitted onto their ideal graduate journey.

Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Management Degree Requirements

Degree Requirements

To obtain an MSSEM degree, students must successfully complete 24 SCH of major courses and any related prerequisites, plus defend their Thesis (SEM 5633 6 SCH) or MS Final Project (SEM 5333 3 SCH).

If the project route is chosen, a third approved elective for three credits will also be required.

All course grades need to meet a B- minimum requirement while maintaining an overall GPA of at least 3.00.
