Giovanna Storti PhD/MPhil is an English faculty lecturer with post-graduate degrees in applied linguistics and management from Carleton University and the University of Quebec. She has taught at tertiary institutions in Canada, Italy, and Japan. Ms. Storti works on doctoral research in the UK and has published in international journals and academic books on topics related to language training, employee learning and culture, globalization, vocational training, credibility, leadership, and organizational training. She is the recipient of the Outstanding Paper Award 2012 Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence, 1st Place Winner 2013 AABS/Emerald Case Competition, 2nd Place Winner 2018 AUI Business Ethics Case Competition with SIEMENS Germany, and AUI’s 1st Women of Year 2020. In Ottawa, she was an advisor for Employment and Social Development Canada and a faculty, coordinator, and training consultant with the departments of Continuing Education and Corporate Affairs at La Cite College.
