As Senior Tax Officer at the Casablanca-Settat Region Tax Department of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, he advised Moroccan and foreign Constitutional Institutions.
He earned a Doctorate in Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (2013). His academic journey also includes a Master of Research in "Sciences de Gestion" from Université d’Auvergne à Clermont-Ferrand (2008), an MBA degree from Al-Akhawayn University in Ifrane (2001), and a bachelor’s degree in finance from HEM Business School in Casablanca.
Dr. Safi-Eddine has published in France a book on the taxation of mergers & acquisitions that is used as a manual guide for tax auditors and managers.
Dr. Safi-Eddine is also certified by the OECD in Tax Affairs, and the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) in International Trade.
Finally, Dr. Hicham SAFI-EDDINE has accomplished the thesis and the three-year professional internship requirement for the French CPA diploma (Diplôme d’Expertise Comptable)
