Dr. Tahtah holds a master’s degree in General Linguistic Studies and a Doctorate Degree in Linguistics from the Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University in Fez. He has an extensive teaching experience in language courses, as well as humanities ones. His teaching journey started in Casablanca, at BPEC, a center specialized in professional English and corporate training. He joined the English Language department at Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah University in Fez and the Multidisciplinary University of Taza. Afterwards, he joined Al Akhawayn University, where he has been teaching at the Language Center and the School of Humanities and Social Sciences. His interests span ranges around areas in Applied Linguistics, Sociolinguistics, and Social Psychology, such as English for Specific Purposes, Social Influence, Gender Studies, and Social Cognition.
