Jenna Jeong-Ha Yim, Ph.D. (j.yim@aui.ma), is an Assistant Professor at Al Akhawayn University (AUI)’s Human Resource Development program. She earned her doctoral degree in Human Resources & Organization Development (renamed to Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development) emphasis from the University of Georgia. Before joining AUI, she worked as an HR specialist, consultant, career consulting manager, and leadership program manager in the U.S and Korea. She has taught university courses in the field of HRD, business, and adult education. Further, she has been working as a teacher at a language and culture school in Illinois, U.S. since 2018. Jenna’s primary research foci are strategic HR, leadership, and organizational creativity and innovation. Her latest work has focused on the field of organizational psychology and behavior.
