Dr. Krishna Gajjar is currently engaged as an Assistant Professor in Human Resource Development in the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at the Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane, Morocco. She teaches courses on Research Methods, Leadership Development, Consulting, and International HRD at the graduate and undergraduate levels. She also supervises Research Projects of graduate students.
She earned her Doctorate in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University, Washington, DC in 2016. She has 30 years of experience related to Education and Research in Business, Educational, and Nonprofit Organizations in India, the United States, and Morocco.
Her research interests include Adult and Organizational Learning, Social Entrepreneurship, Cognition, and Leadership. She has presented research papers at several International and National Conferences and contributed to a book chapter.
