Dr. Mohammed Belhaj is a part-time staff of Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration, Management, and Comparative Politics obtained in 1989 from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas. He worked from 1995 to 2019 as a professor of Mohammed V University, Rabat. He has also taught as a part-time instructor in several public or private institutions, such as the International Institute for Higher Education in Morocco, the National School of Public Administration, the School of Information Sciences, and the Higher Institute of Information and Communication. In addition, he carried out consulting or teaching activities dealing with management and project management, in particular Training Coordinator at California Polytechnic University, Pomona, California, USA (1987-1989), Adjunct Professor of the universities members of Texas International Education Consortium", Texas, USA (1995 - 2015), USAID (1989), the World Bank (1995), and the Islamic Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (2000)
