Holding a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management and Business Strategy, Safia boasts a rich experience of over 20 years in the HR industry. She has held several management positions in Human Resources in various companies and sectors of activity (public services, automotive, construction), notably within one of the largest private equity funds in Africa.
She has led projects to implement HR management policies and tools: strategy, HR policies and processes, executive recruitment, potential development, professional mobility, remuneration, organizational diagnosis, deployment, and auditing of HR information systems.
She has a particular interest in everything related to organizational transformation and promotes knowledge and skill transfer as a lever for transformation.
