Main Gate

The first point of contact is the AUI main gate, it’s a pretty big deal because it creates first impressions, and first impressions go a long way to carving the AUI community and visitors' enthusiasm and loyalty.

Its primary function is to offer a friendly reception, to provide reliable information, and to refer visitors to the right people. Students should present their identification cards upon the request of security guards at the main gate. In case the student does not have his/her ID, he will be requested to present other proof of identification and consult immediately with the Office of Students Affairs.

Any individual who is not a member of the AUI community will be denied access to campus, except in the following cases:

• Official visits (after written authorization).
• Visiting Family, Friends, (after the agreement of students).

NB: Parents of students are allowed to access the campus without time limitations.
