Abdelkrim Marzouk

He currently serves as the Dean of Executive and Continuing Education at Al Akhawayn University, a role he has held since 2022, following his tenure as Dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences (2017-2021). His academic expertise lies in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), forestry, remote sensing, and quantitative environmental modeling for land-use and land-cover change. For over 15 years, Dr. Marzouk has also specialized in local, provincial, and regional development, strategic planning, and capacity building for public sector executives and NGOs. He has been a member of the Model Forest Association since 2010 and has served as its President for the last six years. |
