School - SSE Office - 139 Building 16 Office hours - Office extension -Dr. Ahmad Ahmad Muhammad is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Software Engineering at Al Akhawayn University. He holds a Ph.D. in Software Engineering from Nile University, Egypt. His academic experience spans teaching and research in software engineering, programming, algorithms, formal verification, intelligent code transformation, and AI-assisted software development. His doctoral research focused on advancing automated code translation through formal verification, semantic equivalence checking, automated library mapping, and large language models. His work has been published in international peer-reviewed journals and conferences.

Software Engineering, Discrete Mathematics, Data Structures and Algorithms, Programming and Object-Oriented Programming, Artificial Intelligence, Database Systems, and related areas of Computer Science.
Research Interests
Trustworthy AI-Assisted Software Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs) for Software Engineering, Verification and Explainability of AI-Generated Code, and Intelligent Software Systems.
