Asmae Khaldoun

Dr. Khaldoun holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Amsterdam and a second PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University of Abdelmalek Essaadi. She has also been a visiting researcher at Columbia University and the University of Lisbon.
She played a key role in developing the Master's degree in Sustainable Energy Management at Al Akhawayn University. Her research interests encompass energy efficiency in buildings, bioclimatic construction materials, renewable energy, and sustainability. Dr. Khaldoun has directed five research projects funded by national and international organizations. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she has successfully supervised several PhD candidates.
Beyond her academic work, Dr. Khaldoun is actively involved in community service initiatives that promote sustainable practices and education in her local community.
She has published numerous papers in international journals and presented her work at conferences worldwide.
