Dr. Hayat El Asri is a dedicated young scholar with a diverse educational background in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, and Knowledge Management. She holds a Doctorate in Knowledge Management from the Swiss School of Business and Management, Switzerland, and a Master’s in Management Information Systems from Coventry University, UK. She also completed a Ph.D. in AI-based Knowledge Management at the Mohammadia School of Engineering in Rabat, Morocco, and her defense is forthcoming. Recognized as a “Chartered Manager” by the Chartered Management Institute in London, UK, Dr. El Asri holds two Level-7 certifications in Strategic Management & Leadership and Professional Consulting. Committed to continuous professional development, she also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice in Higher Education at Coventry University, UK, which led her to gain the prestigious FHEA status (Fellow of the Higher Education Academy: Advance HE). Prior to joining AUI, she worked in both the industry and higher education, notably as a Senior Business Analyst for an IT company, a EuroSkills Manager for the skill area “IT Solutions for Business”, and as a faculty member at Coventry University where she taught various courses in Business Management & Leadership and Aviation Management. Her research interests include knowledge management, AI, sustainability, and aviation.
