Dr. Houda Chakiri is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the School of Science and Engineering. Dr Houda Chakiri received a PhD in Computer Science from Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University, a Master of Science in Computer Networks from Al Akhawayn University, and a Master of Science in Atomic Physics from Hassan II University. As founder and CEO of Enhanced Technologies, an IT company specialized in providing e-Government solutions, she spent more than 15 years overseeing various digitization projects. Dr. Chakiri is a Techwomen Program Fellow, 2012 cohort. As a board member of AfChix, an African NGO registered in Kenya, Chair of IEEE Women in Engineering affinity group in Morocco, and Vice-Chair of Arab Women in Computing, Morocco chapter, she has been advocating for gender diversity and inclusion in the STEM fields. Her research interests include digital transformation, process automation, change management, and process driven transformation.
