Before joining AUI, Jenna worked as an HR specialist, consultant, and leadership program manager in the U.S. and Korea. She has taught university courses in HRD, business, and adult education fields since 2015. Her primary research foci are strategic HR, leadership development, research methods, and organizational creativity. Her latest work has focused on HRD education and meaningful work/learning. |
