Having completed his Ph.D. in renewable energy, he is currently an Assistant Professor of Physics and Energy at the School of Science and Engineering in Al Akhawayn University. In his doctoral dissertation, he developed a physical prototype of an 11-kW wind turbine machine by using an integrated multidisciplinary design approach and based on the guidance of the international standard IEC 61400-2. He also has professional experience as a design engineer of renewable energy systems for residential and industrial applications. His main research interests are energy, small wind energy and solar energy systems. As an instructor, he developed a strong background in preparing and implementing physics coursework that students find interesting. He is always enthusiastic to help his students discover the science behind real-life situations.
