He holds a Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development from The Pennsylvania State University. At AUI, he designs and teaches courses in Organization Development, HR Analytics, and Career Development, emphasizing active learning and student employability. Prior to his academic career, he spent 14 years at Samsung’s HRD Center, where he was a pioneer in South Korea’s digital training transformation, leading early e-learning and CD-ROM-based initiatives. Today, he integrates this extensive corporate background into the classroom by focusing on AI literacy, people analytics, and digital learning tools. His clinical approach to education ensures students are equipped with both the theoretical foundations and the practical digital competencies required to navigate the modern workforce. |
